Our intention behind this retreat is to foster lasting community for designers just like us. We built this community because it was exactly what we wished we had when we first started our own design businesses. It grew out of Maggie and Erika's collective sharing of those "trade secrets", intentionally supporting one other’s businesses, and finding freedom in asking those questions we “should already know as designers”.
